Beverly J. Binder

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn M. and Craig Meinbresse; son, John (Michael Moore) Binder; daughters, Sandy (Greg) Pellot and Kristen Mitchelltree; grandsons, Zach Mitchelltree, Brian Pellot, and Luke (Maeleigh) Mitchelltree; granddaughters, Jennifer (Micah) Zart, and Mandy Mitchelltree; great-grandson, Sebastin Zart; great-granddaughters, Scarlett and Stella Zart, and Grace and Rosemary Mitchelltree.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Angela Keller (nee Loppolo); grandparents, Mae and Pasquale Capozzoli; and the love of her life and husband, Richard M. Binder.

Beverly was born in Steubenville, OH on December 30, 1938, and lived her younger years in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to Indiana in 1964. She worked for Mellon Bank, Morrison Construction and retired from Inland Steel.

Beverly lived a Christian life as a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Merrillville and served as an ordained Elder.

A Visitation for family and friends is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. An additional Visitation will take place Thursday, July 11, 2024 at the First Presbyterian Church, 7898 Taft Street, Merrillville, IN 46410 from 9:30 AM until the time of Funeral Services at 10:30 AM, with Rev. Paul Anderson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Beverly's name to First Presbyterian Church of Merrillville, IN.
