Carol Faye Head Beasley

Carol was born August 20, 2014 in Ft. Scott, Kansas to the late Lathe and Pearl (Carter) Head. On December 19, 1951 she married Lawrence Beasley, who preceded her in death on July 23, 1998. She was also preceded in death by a brother Delmar and a sister Leota.

Surviving are her sons Lawrence C. Beasley and Rick A. (Jane) Beasley, grandchildren Jennifer (Paul) Jeffrey, Katie (Daniel) Becker, Holly (Christopher) Buckholz, and Kristen (Gabriel) Boushee, great grandchildren, Stetson Jeffrey, Jackson Becker, Austin Jeffrey, Avery Buckholz, and Brayden Jeffrey. Also her faithful pet Goobie.

Mrs. Beasley was an avid music lover and enjoyed dancing, either by coaxing her husband and sons or by herself. She began to become a traveling enthusiast, with her favorite trips going to concerts in Branson, Missouri with her sons and daughter-in-law, and Disney with her grandchildren. She was very compassionate and generous to people and an animal lover to all creatures. Through her challenges in her later years she always maintained her sense of humor and elegance.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 11:00 am, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 South Cline Ave. Schererville, Indiana 46307), with Pastor Bob Parnell officiating.
