Doreen Radacovich Rolfe

DOREEN ROLFE Doreen Rolfe, age 57, passed away March 21, 2014 at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis with her loving children at her side. Doreen was born February 17, 1957 in Chicago, IL to Stephen and Barbara (Dzikowski) Radakovich, both who survive in Hobart. She is also survived by her children: Jennifer (Jeremy) Martin, LeAnne (Ben) Fowler, Jaime (Terry) McGaha, Traci Miller, and Tary "Boo" Rolfe; grandchildren: Morgan, Hailee, Emma, Alex, Themis, and Anjali. Also surviving is her sister, Diane (Michael) Pieper; brothers: Steve A. (Amy) Radakovich and Michael (Linda) Radakovich; and many nieces and nephews. She was recently preceded in death by her furry friend, Verdell. Doreen was a supervisor for many years. She was a talented artist and lover of music. Doreen was a free spirit and chose her own path through life. Known for her generosity and giving personality, she was adored by many. Her contagious laugh, bright smile, and unique sense of humor will live on forever. Doreen was a loving and devoted mother and TuTu. Her children were her world. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S. Cline Ave., Schererville, IN 46375). Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Entombment will be at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
