George W. Heldt Jr. age 69, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018. He is survived by his daughters, Renee Heldt and Angela Krippel; grandchildren, Trevor, Collin and Jessalyn Wilson and Alexandra, Kloe and Karsyn Krippel; great grandson, Jeremiah Hampton; sister, Charlene (Rollie) Singer; brother, Lawrence (Sandy) Heldt; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. George was born on March 14, 1949 in Hammond, IN to the late George and Mary Heldt Sr. and was a graduate of Hammond Tech. He was the owner of George's Northwest Glass and Northwest Aluminum Fabricators in Hammond, IN. George was a Chicago sports fan and loved the White Sox. He was a loving father and grandfather and will truly be missed by all whose lives he touched. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Pastor James Williams officiating.
