She is survived by her sons; Donald Janiszewski, and Joseph (fiancé, Caya Hefner) Janiszewski; grandchildren, Rocco Janiszewski, Addison Janiszewski, Jack Janiszewski, and Mac Janiszewski; daughter-in-law, Amy Janiszewski; and many dear friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald "Skip" Janiszewski; parents, Elmer and Lucille Smith; and her brother, Jerry Smith.
Susan was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN, with Pastor Rebecca Sundquist officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday from 12:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home.
