She was born in Corsicana, TX on February 17, 1943, she graduated from Garland Highschool.
She was married to Roy Gene Helton. Jan worked as a clerk at the Post Office in Plano, TX for 16 years and was a member of the Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX. Jan had a passion for Christ and insured that her children were taught the bible and believed in the Lord. Jan was hard working mother and loved her family dearly. Her children were #1 and made sure we were successful in all that we did.
She is survived by Clint Helton, Robin Helton Znaidi, Grandchildren Drew Hickman and Madison Helton.
She was preceded in death by her brother Marcus Johnson.
