Jerry Lynn Davis

Jerry Lynn Davis, age 64, of Fate, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on April 25, 1959, in Dallas, Texas to Pansy Grace Davis and Jimmy Allen Davis. Jerry was raised in Kaufman, Texas, and graduated from Kaufman High School in 1977. He was a Field Service Supervisor at the City of Richardson where he worked for more than 30 years.

In his spare time, Jerry Lynn Davis enjoyed the outdoors and watching his favorite shows with his family and fiance Susan. He loved spending holidays with his family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and at times would go to the games to watch them play in person. His family and friends will always remember him as a very hard worker, a Dallas Cowboys aficionado, a family man, and an animal lover!

He is preceded in death by Grandparents Pauline and Allen Davis, Parents Pansy and Jimmy Davis, and Furry companion Kado Davis. He is survived by two sons Cody Anderson Davis and Jeremy Lynn Davis, one brother Wayne Davis, one sister Teresa Forist, fiance Susan Croasdale, two nephews Scott Smith and Shawn Davis, and one niece Misty Davis.

A memorial service for Jerry will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, 7990 President George Bush, Turnpike, Dallas, TX 75252, followed by a visitation from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
