Marjorie Stewart Sinquefield

Marjorie (Margie) Stewart Sinquefield, 83, of Richardson, Texas, went to be with the Lord December 8, 2020. A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 11, 2020, at First Baptist Church Richardson, 1001 N Central Expressway, Richardson TX 75080 with Gerald Ware officiating.

Margie was born on March 24, 1937 in Picayune, Mississippi to Curtis and Willie Stewart. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Sinquefield, her parents Curtis and Willie Stewart, her sisters Juanita Cotten and Jo Smith, and her beloved grandson Rhett Sinquefield.

Margie worked at General Motors for over 30 years. She was a very active member of First Baptist Richardson. She taught Sunday School, was a member of the Adult Choir and the Goldenaires Choir, and served as a deacon. She was a friend and mentor to many. She was gracious, energetic, joyous, kind, and wise. Her passion was mission work through her church, First Baptist Richardson. She made many trips to Latvia and England over the years sharing her love of Jesus. She made many life-long friends on these mission trips.

She deeply loved her family and is survived by her son Drew Sinquefield and his wife Kelli, her beloved grandchildren Reed Sinquefield and Regan Sinquefield and her fiancé Eric Marcella.
