Tina Lynn Teutsch

Tina Lynn Teutsch, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 15, one day shy of her 59th birthday. Tina was a faithful Christian woman whose faith was a central feature of her life and it impacted everything she did.

Tina was born on February 16, 1966, to Greyland and Kara Tuggle in Racine, Wisconsin. She grew up in Nebraska and Pennsylvania, and graduated from college at the University of North Texas with a degree in elementary education. Tina met David the first Sunday she attended The Branch Church in May 1989, and they were married in February 1990. Samuel Robert was born in 1992 and Nicole Renee in 1994.

Over the past 35 years, Tina was involved with countless activities involving teaching kids and helping young mothers, including Summer Excitement, Pioneer Clubs, Branch Kids, youth summer camp, Spotlight, VBS, teaching parenting classes, Big Time, women’s bible study, and Divine Consign. Basically, if it needed coordinated or organized, or kids needed taught about Jesus, Tina was involved with it.

Tina is survived by her husband David, children Sam & Meredith Teutsch and Nikki & Josh Nugent, brothers Brad Tuggle (Cheryl) and Bill Tuggle (Patty), nieces Katherine and Torri Tuggle, her aunt Lynn Bunton (Lucius) and cousins Emily George (Johnathan) and Deshae Bunton (Jesse). She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Tamara Tuggle.

Tina’s faith was the foundation of her life and molded how she treated family, friends and all those blessed to meet her. She made the world a better place and will be missed by many. She is now with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in heaven, and will never have to deal with cancer again.

Tina’s Memorial Service will be held at The Branch Church, Vista Ridge campus, 3601 Huffines Blvd, Carrollton, TX, at 1 PM on Saturday, March 8th.
