William (Bill) Howard Hudspeth, 85 years old, passed away on August 10, 2013. He was born in Ashland, Mississippi in 1928. Bill graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1951. He was married to Clara W. Hudspeth on September 5, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas.
Bill had a career of about 35 years with International Trucks in several cities across the country after he served three years in the Air Force. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Plano and was involved with business related organizations and loved playing golf throughout his life.
He is survived by his wife, Clara; daughter, Lynne H. Knight, son, Lee Hudspeth; son & daughter-in-law, Tim Knight and Susan Hudspeth. He is also survived by grand-daughters Sara K. Lauderdale, Katie Hudspeth, and Kelsey Hudspeth; grand-sons, James Knight and Brett Hudspeth. He also has two great-grandchildren, Jesse and Jamie Lauderdale.
Funeral services will be held at the Ted Dickey West Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas at 10:00 AM, on August 14, 2013.
