William Thomas Kingsley

William Kingsley, 67, passed away February 27, 2022, at Methodist Hospital in Richardson, TX. After several months of declining health, Bill passed away peacefully with his beloved ex-wife Luchia by his side. Mr. Kingsley was born September 29, 1954 in Long Branch, New Jersey to Mr. Howard Kingsley and Mrs. Dorothy Kingsley.

Bill could accomplish anything he set his mind to do.

Mr. Kingsley served in the United States Coast Guard Active Duty, United States Army DOD Civilian GS12 Contracting Officer in Fort Monmouth New Jersey, Orlando, Florida, Hondores, Saudi Arabia Desert Storm, and Iraqi Enduring Freedom, Doha, Quatar, and the U.S. Coast Guard of Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

Mr. Kingsley came to Texas with his wife Luchia Kingsley and served his last two years of service at the Veterans Hospital of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Kingsley traveled with his wife around the world to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Ireland, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands St. John and St. Thomas.

Mr. Kingsley served his country 30 years of his life and retired at age 55 in 2010.

Arrangements are with Ted Dickey Funeral Home. At his request, no service will be held.
