Jose is survived by his padre Juan Salinas (fallecido) and his madre Juanita Rangel (fallecida); his hermana Esther R. Salinas; his sobrina Leonor S. Flores and his sobrina Noemi H. Montemayor.

A sepelio will occur Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at North Kern Cemetery District, 627 Austin St., Delano, CA 93215.
