He was an excellent and loving father, husband, son and brother. He is survived by his wife Shelia Rae Hernandez; daughter Delilah Rae Hernandez; step-children Melanie and Anthony Ordonez, and Christian, Julian and Nathaniel Herrera; parents Inez and Ramon (Tony) A. Ramirez; sister Virginia Herrera Ramirez, brothers Aurelio (Ray) Ramirez and Carlos J. Ramirez; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, as well as his biological father William Hernandez and his family.
Louie graduated from Delano High School in 1999 and held several job titles throughout his life, starting with delivering parts for Freightline in Phoenix, AZ and from there moving on to making grape boxes, security guard, oil field operator, working on solar panel farms (which he really enjoyed), and lastly as a forklift operator. He loved working on cars with his dad (Tony) and his brothers (Ray and Carlos). He was a good friend to all who knew him, he had a big heart and always wanted to help. He loved being with his family; not a day went by without checking in on Mom and Dad. He loved his family, especially his daughter Delilah. She changed his life the day she was born. He had a bond with her like only father could have and he loved being with LALA, as he would call her, and with his wife, kids, and family.
