Maria Silvas Vega

Maria is survived by son Carlos Vega Jr.; daughter Elizabeth Virginia Gray; daughter Corina Salinas; daughter-in-law Carol Ann Vega; son-in-law Santos Salinas Jr.; and son-in-law Alvin Clay Gray; grandson Samuel Elisha Salinas, granddaughter Erica Ott, granddaughter Brooke Jenkins and granddaughter Sharina Salinas.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband Carlos Vega; father Manuel Silvas and mother Amelia Hernando; brother Emeterio Silvas; brother Irineo Hernando Jr. and sister Trinidad McGhee.

Maria also leaves behind 6 great grandchildren to cherish her memories.

A chapel service for Maria will be held Monday, June 28, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Rd., Delano, CA 93215. Following the chapel service will be a committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin St., Delano, CA 93215.

Serving as pallbearers are Samuel Elisha Salinas, Tristan Joshua McWilliams, Michael Lee Tipton Young, Raymond Corpuz, Diego Jesse Ryan Bautista, Taylor Elizabeth FLores, Carlos Vega Jr., Santos Salinas Jr., Alvin Clay Gray and Wayne Tipton Young.
