I had the privilege of going to boot camp with Rich. This guy made it tolerable, everyday he would make me laugh and share stories from back home. He found a way to make things fun when we were going through hell. Although we went our separate ways as we entered active duty we still kept in touch. It’s been a struggle understanding that you are gone. I will always remember our late night conversations and constant check ins with each other. I just wish we could have had another talk. Sometimes it’s the little things we take for granted that we never forget. I think of you always brother and i miss you more than words can even describe. I hope we get to see each other again. - Until Valhalla 

It's so hard to find the words to say to express how heavy this weighs on ones heart. I saw Richmond every work day and although they were short encounters I will never forget that personality. Richmond was always so full of joy, never once did I see him frowning. I could always talk to him about the Marines and how my brother was in Afghanistan. He would reassure me that my brother would be fine and that's what Marines were made to do. It is a privilage to be able to say that I knew him. My deepest sympathies and prayers go out to anyone who had the pleasure to know him. No words can bring him back nor can they fill that void that you will feel day to day. Just remember that smile that he had and think that he is looking at you with that very same smile.

My deepest condolences to the Brian Family. I only knew Richmond for a short time through work. And even though I only had little contact with him because we were on different shifts, the short time I did talk to him between shifts were very enjoyable. He always was smiling and happy. Especially when talking about being in the United States Marine Corp. Friends like you will always be remembered and cherished with great memories. MAY YOU REST IN PARADISE.

My deepest Condolences to the Brian families during this sad difficult time...All though I didn't know u too well u were always smiling even when work was hectic..Its pretty hard to believe that u are no longer here on this earth but I hope being up there u can finally find peace in your heart!!  My Condolences to the Brian Family I worked with Brian when he was on 3rd shift I was on 1st shift but the one thing I remember the most was that smile of his that he had I never saw him mad I use to tell him Brian your too nice of a guy he had 3rd shift guys so spoiled he would bring in there supplys for them & on his days off they would expect me to do the same I would tell them sorry bring in your supplys they would tell me but Richmond brings it in for us I still can`t get over the fact that he`s gone he was so young he told me he wanted to go to the Marines I said are  you crazy it`s dangerous he shrugged & smiled & said your safer there then here.....May You Rest In Peace & May You  Sleep With The Angels Richmond You Will Always Be In Our Thoughts & Prayers...
