Rufo Ragon Pangaldan

Rufo Ragon Pangaldan, 91, of Delano, California passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 with his children at his side. Rufo was born on November 2, 1930 to parents, Gregorio Pangaldan and Hilaria Pangaldan in Ilocos Sur, Philippines.

Rufo is survived by his wife of 54 years, Fermina “Norma” Pangaldan; daughter, Angelyn (John) Semenza; son, Robert (DeAnna) Pangaldan; grandchildren, Greg (Melissa) Keesee, Tyler Keesee, Allison Pangaldan, and Caden Semenza; and great-grandchildren, Kade Keesee and Callen Keesee.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gregorio Pangaldan; mother, Hilaria Pangaldan; brothers, Rupuerto Pangaldan and Perfecto Pangaldan; and sisters, Magdalena Limon, Luisa Pangaldan, and Felomina Pajarillo.

Services will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022, with visitation for Rufo at 3:00 PM and services from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Road, Delano, CA 93215. A final viewing and service will be held on January 8, 2022 at 9:00 AM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Road, Delano, CA 93215 and will be followed by a procession and committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin Street, Delano, CA 93215.

Serving as pallbearers are Andres Pangaldan, Anthony Pangaldan, Rodel Pangaldan, Greg Keesee, Tyler Keesee, Brendon Uclaray, Gavin Uclaray, and Marlon Taan.
