Johnny was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to be on the river, hunting and fishing. He loved his family and spending time with them.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma "Tinker" Hyatt. Survivors include wife, Becky Korocy Hyatt; daughters, Janie, Madison and Heather "Pokey" Hyatt all of DeQuincy; brother, Jerry "Chipper" Hyatt of DeQuincy; sisters, Shirley Bagwell and Paula Williams both of DeQuincy and Carolyn Mouton of Lake Charles; granddaughter, Kallie Hyatt.
His funeral will be at 11:00am on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Hixson Snider Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will in Hyatt Cemetery under the direction Hixson Snider Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 30, from 5:00 til 9:00pm and resume on Thursday at 8:00am until service time at the Funeral Home.
