Gary Bruce Conley

Gary Bruce Conley age 89, passed away on April 30th, 2026 in Bath, Michigan. Born August 15, 1937 in Lansing to Dorval and Norma Conley. Gary was a resident of Bath, Michigan and received his education in the small rural town. He met Elzora Virginia Conley and they were married April 25, 1958 and celebrated 67 years together.

He worked for the Bath Community Schools in Management, managing the Transportation and Janitorial Maintenance Departments. He was a member of the Bath Township Police and Fire board, serving on the board for over 45 years. Gary was very talented with many hobbies. One of his hobbies was wood carving, carving many different types of animals including a 9ft Hawk located in the Hawk Hollow Golf Course Club House of Bath and a 5ft Bath Fighting Bee located in the Bath High School. Another one of his hobbies was restoring old cars back to their originality, along with souped-up hot rods racing cars. Gary enjoyed the outdoors doing many different things including Hunting, Airplane flying, Golf, gardening and many more things to say the least. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.

He is survived by children; Scott (Marilyn) Radloff of DePere, Wisconsin, Kurt D. Conley, Kent S. (Mollie) Conley, Kevin B. Conley, and fur child Missy, all of Bath; grandchildren; Dan (Lindsey) Radloff of Wisconsin, Marissa Husmann of Wisconsin, Corey (Teia) Conley of St. Johns, Ashley O’Dell of Laingsburg, Chelsi (Pariz) Humes of Holt, Seth Conley of Bath, Maisy (Gavyn) Peek of Bath; great-grandchildren; Reese, Emma, Jason, Claire, Maddy, Liam, Aiden, , Silas, Connor, Cohen; Kentyn, Kendall, an aunt and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Gary is predeceased by his wife; Elzora Virginia (Kyes) Conley, parents; Doval (Si), Norma (Peg), sister; Dawn Conley Boutwell, brothers; Doval (Gene) Conley, and Albert (Al) Conley.

In accordance with Gary’s wishes, there will be no funeral services.

There will be a small private burial service with immediate family at a later date.
