Dear Kathy, I just wanted to send my condolences and love to your family during this heartbreaking time. I loved every minute I spent with your mom as a young girl. I remember climbing a Weeping Willow tree in the side yard and her teaching me how to crochet. I also remember the graham cracker & frosting sandwiches she made us kids for snack after school. I was babysat as a child with me and my brother Tim, we used to climb trees, eat breakfast before I went to school up the street. Kathy and I use to walk to the one room schoolhouse. I enjoyed Tillie's deep laughter and beautiful smile. I will truly miss her.

What a great loss to our neighborhood. Tillie took care of my 3 sons, Caleb, Chuck and Curtis for me while i worked for many years. She was a wonderful day care provider, friend and always had that smile on her face. She truly helped raise a lot of the neighborhood children. We will all miss her dearly.

My heart goes out to Kathy and Jenilyn.  It was not so long ago that Kathy told me that her mom was thinking about getting a tattoo like the 'girls'.  I picture her in Heaven now with a small heart tattooed on her wrist, just like her daughter and granddaughter.  My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Aunt Tillie, you have always been here for me my whole life. So sincere and loving. I will be difficult knowing I can't call whenever. I will always remember our talks,you always knew just what to say. Family was so important to her, she was the glue that kept us together. She has taught me so much, I only hope I can pass some of that love on like she has. I love and will miss you Aunt Tillie
Someday I know we will all be together again.

It was always a treat to go out to Aunt Tillies.  We loved the country and always made us feel liked we lived there too.  I will always love and respect you, Aunt Tillie.  You are with Grandma now. Love you.

I will miss Tillie very much.  I appreciated how happy she made my dad and how she accepted all of us as "kids."

My Aunt Tillie took care of me for several years when I was a small child.  She was always just like my mother to me for those years.  Since I joined the Army and left Michigan I didn't get to see her much.  I will never forget the Willow tree in the backyard of her house on Bond road.  Aunt Tillie we will always love and miss you.

I will remember Tillie as a sweet, gentle woman. She always had a smile on her face, and loved to talk. I would like to say that I am very sorry to Kathy and family for the loss of a wonderful woman. She will be missed. Keeping you all in my prayers.
