She was the widow of Lloyd Edwin Riley who passed away in 1970. Betty was born in Kansas on October 16, 1923. Her family moved to Downey at the age of 13. Betty was a graduate of Downey Union High School in 1941.
She is survived by 3 sons, 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Whites Funeral Home located at 9903 E. Flower St., Bellflower, CA.
