John passed away on Christmas Day at his home in Lakewood, CA. John was a southern California native, and graduated from Bellflower High school.
He was one of two children born to the late John and Gladys Denker. He had been close to his sister Colleen who died in 1991.John proudly served his country as a Army medic. He had his own landscape maintenance business for many years before his retirement. He enjoyed movies, cats, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Many Thanks to Pastor Wayne Long, the Gerinet hospice staff (Luke, Yoek , Suzy and the best Social Worker on Earth) who helped Johnny to remain at home during the last month of his illness, as per his last wishes.
