Patricia K. Hunter (Larsen) passed away February 3, 2013 in Long Beach, CA. Patty, as she was often called, was born on March 30, 1919 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Her parents moved to CA in 1933 and in 1941 moved to Bellflower, where she spent the remaining years of her life. She was a CPA office clerk for Larsen Accounting for many years. She was accomplished in accounting and income tax preparation. Among her many hobbies were league bowling, crossword puzzles and playing bridge. Horse racing was a longtime family favorite as the family would all get together with a picnic lunch and go to the race track. She loved the horses! She is survived by Brother Jerry W. Larsen (Phyllis), daughter Carol Guenther (Cornwell) of Long Beach, CA and son Ronald Cornwell (Barbara) of Valley Center, CA; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Mary “Maizie” and Charles “Sandy” Larsen, 3 brothers, 2 sisters as well as 2 husbands. A memorial service will be held at Whites Funeral Home in Bellflower, CA on March 16, 2013 at 2:00pm.
