It is incredibly strange and sad to think that you are not here with us anymore Starla and that I just can't call you up to talk.  I know that God truly needed you pretty much as fast as he took you from us.  I will miss you, but I will keep you in my heart.  I feel that you truly got to be an angel which is pretty awesome.  

P.S.  I ate a lemon danish in your memory and I light a beautiful smelling candle at night for you.

Love you Honey. 31 years together was too short.

My sweet niece.  I remember golden brown pony tails, tied up with bright yellow ribbons, to match a pretty yellow sundress.  I remember huge brown eyes, that sparkled when you smiled.  You ALWAYS were smiling.  I remember a lovely young lady, as she walked down the aisle, with her handsome new husband.  I remember my own little boy holding the pillow, bearing the rings, for you and Jeff.  I remember your giggles when Uncle Bill would tease you, and also back when he would toss you in the air when you were just a tiny tot. I remember your visits to Arizona, and the fun that we had.  I remember you, Starla.  And I will never forget you.  I love you, and may God hold you in his loving arms.

Oh my sweet Mama. My life is forever changed without you. You always will be my best friend and my incredible mother.  Not a day will go by without me thinking of you and your sweet smile.  I miss you so much. I love you forever.
