Eva Pikna

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Eva who left us suddenly on November 3rd, 2025.

Born on December 18th, 1942 in Bratislava Slovakia, she lived a full life filled with kindness, love and immense strength. She cherished time with her family both here and in Slovakia and devoted herself to looking after those around her. Her home was a place of comfort where she always had a warm meal, a warm hug and a warm smile ready. She loved spending time caring for her flowers and found sanctuary in the quiet beauty of her garden. Eva was dedicated to her church and found peace in her faith.

She is survived by her children Karol Pikna and Daniella Williamson, her grandsons Jesse Williamson (Monique Williamson) and Ryan Williamson (Danielle West), her great grandchildren Leah, Rae, Jack and Rachael and a wide circle of family and friends who will miss her deeply both here and abroad. She is finally reunited with her predeceased husband Karol Pikna.

A viewing for her will be held on November 20th, 2025 from 6-8pm and a service with lunch to follow at 11am on November 21st, 2025, both at Marlatt Funeral Home “Swackhamer Chapel” 195 King Street W., Dundas Ontario.
