So sorry to hear of Jeff’s sudden passing. 
I knew Jeff from childhood, his mother Shelva was a great mother and my mom’s best friend.
Jeff was the same age as my brother and they played together and went to Boys Brigade, where they worked together on many woodworking projects with my dad.
Jeff gave so much to society with his passion for his work and satisfaction from helping so many people.
Jeff will truly be missed by everyone that he met.

I will miss you my friend. As a fresh prosthetic technical intern at Ottawa Rehab in 1987 you mentored me and instilled a commitment to quality and professionalism. Those were great times filled with challenging work, amazing co-workers, and also times for laughs. We became good friends for life and always fondly looked back on our Ottawa days as some of the best.
I went off to a career as a prosthetic clinician in Winnipeg but you were always a call away to catch up on hockey, politics, family, and cars. I marvelled at experiences you had at Otto Bock, IPO, and Ortho-Ped.  You excelled at clinical and technical support in prosthetics and helped lead the profession . Those were demanding positions and you did them well.
I was a better person for knowing you Jeff. Thanks.

So sorry for your loss,  I started this job in orthotics 23 years ago.  Jeff was one of the first people I met in the industry.   Over the years I was fortunate to learn new techniques from him through workshops.  A wonderful caring , kind work associate and man.   He visited our shop on several occasions.  Rest easy Jeff we are all lucky to have been apart of your life.

Jeff was an incredible husband to Jennifer. He was considerate, loving and thoughtful. He was also an amazing role model to Melissa and Jessalynn. We will always remember his love for family, his care for others including Sidney, his belief in God and his witty sense of humour, especially when he was joking with Tessie and Michael. In Jeff’s memory, I knew you for a short time. We met at the Hamilton Corvette Club, and shared talks about the Corvette Club Ontario too.  I’ll remember your smile and cruising with your club mates, and will miss you being copiloted on our cruises with Sydney!  Remain in peace, Chuck Cummins.
