It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Anderson (“The Colonel”) on April 20th in his 86th year.
After a courageous battle with cancer, Ken transitioned peacefully to join his loving wife, Nancy Anderson. Ken was a loving father to Laurie and Lisa, a doting papa to Carley (Conor), Teela-Marie, Nikki (Eric), and Adam (Melanie), and a great-papa to Grey, Alfie, Cameron, Kinsley and Jade. Ken was a selfless and caring man who would do anything for anyone without being asked. Known for his independence, active social life, and love of gardening and landscaping, his zest for life will never be forgotten. He will be dearly missed around his town of Dundas where he was known and loved by so many friends and acquaintances (especially his Tim Horton’s crew).
Many thanks to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton for your compassion and caring of Ken during his final journey.
Ken will be laid to rest with his wife Nancy at the Christ Church Cemetery in Flamborough.
