Grandma was an amazing woman. She always had lots for the grandkids to do when they came to visit.  I vividly remember many trips to Bancroft for a visit, as well as visits to her home near the library in Dundas.  She loved her grandkids.  She lived her lifelong dream to be a teacher through me.  She loved kids, especially little girls.  Even in recent years, she adored visits with her great grand kids, especially with her great grand daughter Emalie.  I loved our trips to Disney.  She loved Disney and started a Disney Christmas ornament collection for me.  We have continued to add to the collection and will enjoy this collection for years to come.  Grandma, you will be missed but I am glad that you are free in Heaven now.  Till we meet again.  Love you!

My mother in law was a wonderful giving person that would share everything she owned . she was a talented crafty person who could knit anything for any one. in her latter years she would knit baby hats  for neo natal  for years! She will be missed!

As I was listening to some Christmas music yesterday, a Steven Curtis Chapman song played. "Going Home for Christmas" was the title. It held special meaning for me as I know she is "home" with her saviour as I write this. om is having a real Christmas this year!
