OBITUARY

Patricia Kathleen (Snell) Baron

18 October, 1951 – 10 June, 2025
IN THE CARE OF

Marlatt Funeral Home, Swackhamer Chapel

Lovingly know as Trish (or Herb to her online friends), passed away suddenly but peacefully at her home in Greensville, Ontario on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Beloved wife of 47 years to Larry. Born in 1951 to the late Sydney and Isobel Snell in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Step-daughter to the late Marjorie Snell (Fleischer) and much loved daughter-in-law to the late Joseph and Celina Baron. Loved mother of Melissa (Brook) and Daniel (Karen). Loving Grams of Paige and Cole. Dear sister of Sandra (late Grant) Leatherdale, Lorna (Edward) Stolarchuk, and predeceased by her brother George Snell; sister-in-law of Peter, Linda (Don), and the late Patricia (late Steve) Whitmore. Missed by her step-siblings Don (Anna Marie) Fleischer and the late Sandee Graham. Adored Aunt of Michael, Katrine (Vince), Vickie (Wayne), David, and Sarah. Step-Aunt of Sheila (Bruno) and Paul (Kimberley). Treasured godmother to Kathy Graham. Trish will be dearly missed by her wonderful loving cousins, extended family, and a multitude of cherished friends. She was a second mom to many, a lover of nature often working in her gardens and a welcoming host to all animals that found her. Trish always had time to talk with you, to hear about your victories, console you in hard times and offer kind words from her understanding heart. She held her family and friends close, they along with her animals and her plants were her greatest loves.

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Heather and Ron Stanton and their dog Barclay for the support and companionship provided across the years.

As were Trish’s wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local SPCA. Celebration of life will be planned for later in the year. Arrangements entrusted to Marlatt Funeral Home, Swackhamer Chapel.
