Passed away peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital on October 16th, in his 97th year. Ron will be deeply missed by his son David (Karen), older sister Pauline, his brother Doug, his younger sister Pamala (Peter) and his nieces Francis, Shirley (Wayne) and nephews Dean and Paul. He was also a Great God Father to Mattias.
Ron was born in Sheffield, England and spent most of his life in Canada. He retired from Stelco as a crane operator after 41 years of dedicated work and enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family in retirement.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Juravinski Hospital.
Visitation will be held at Marlatt funeral home, “Swackhamer Chapel”, 195 King Street West, Dundas, on Thursday, October 30th from 10:00-11:00am, with a service following in the chapel at 11:00am.
