Steven was the love of my life, he said and I agree we were soulmates.
For over a year we loved laughed and learned together.
He is loved by so many, he lost so much. His heart hurt.
I remember laughing so hard at or conversations. Befuddled at such random information. He taught me a lot, he had so much patience teaching me new things.
Steven always said we should have our own radio show. People would love it.
He gave me so much of himself. And I gave back all of me.
We had to fight for our love, just to spend time. We had an adversary.
The love i felt surrounded me like a blanket that hugs the body warm, so did Steven.
He will be missed my children, who had the pleasure of his company. They will miss him too.
Love goes out to Ang, Peter, lynda and all the family from pei, Cape Britain and all those he put his mark on your hearts.
Forever loving you, Larissa xxxxxooooo

Myself and my wife Kimberly, my siblings, Peggy, Michael and Nicole, as well as mom, Reta wish to express our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Steven on his tragic passing. Mom would be his grand aunt and although we all live in Cape Breton and sadly had far to little interaction with our cousins on Mom's side mainly in Ontario, our harts and prayers go out to all the lives touched by Steven, especially to his mom, Dorothy and sister Angela.

Steven always cherished family and friends, no matter when, where or circumstances he was able to smile and make those around him feel better. I always shared a connection with Steven and remember as a child he treated me as a little sister with protection and love. He has now joined his sister Lisa, father John and grandfather Peter. Steven is now in the heavens and will be welcomed with angelic wings helping him soar into the skies and feel the freedom that he was always striving for here on earth. Glad you got your wings Steven, although so early in life, I feel that your soul is still with us in every step we take. You will be thought of and missed every day. Till we meet again cousin! Love always, Mindy.

Hi, I had the great pleasure of meeting Steve in PEI when he came to visit years ago with his brother Peter. He was a very energized person with a great thirst for life. I pray for your family for peace and offer my deepest condolences for your loss. Peter always spoke very highly of his half brother. So sad for you all.
