I had the pleasure of meeting this couple when Matt was serving as Governor.  I was impressed immediately with his intellect as he spoke about various topics, similar to talking with Matt.  He and Louise were gracious and fun ~ I enjoyed knowing them. So sorry for your loss, he will be missed by many.

Dear Louise and family, so sorry to hear of your loss. I’ve only known Avery about 20 years yet I feel I’ve known him all my life. He was an engaging conversationalist with sincerity and wry humor. But his strong religious convictions ✝️ were apparent and he left his mark on 3 of his children that I’ve met: Lydia, Tim & Matt. He embodied the New Hampshire motto: “Live Free or Die”.
