Jane Elizabeth (Gracie) Englehardt passed away on August 24, 2017. She was the daughter of the late James and Josephine Gracie of Waterbury. Jane was a kindred spirit, communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church and an avid reader and beach goer. Jane worked for many years at JCPenney. She is survived by her lifelong husband Edward, daughter Margo, son James, daughter-in-law Kathy, and grandchildren Lindsey, Sarah, and Hunter. There will be no calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday August 29th at Our Lady of Peace Campus of St. Edmond Campion Parish in East Hartford. Burial will be private at St. Thomas Cemetery in Thomaston Ct. In lieu of flowers please donate to Masonicare Hospice 111 Founders Plaza suite 200, East Hartford, CT 06108 or your favorite charity.
