Bertha R. Correa, age 78, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022. Bertha was born July 21, 1944 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Carmen Reyes Morales and raised by her grandparents Emiliano and Lucia Reyes.
Bertha is survived by her son Javier Correa; her son Mark Correa; her daughter Lorrie Duarte (Manny Duarte); her daughter Evellinda Johnson (Larry Johnson); her daughter Laura Correa; and her son Edward Correa; her grandson Manny G. Duarte III, her grandson Lorenzo Johnson, her granddaughter Natalia Duarte, her grandson Noah Correa, her grandson Ayden Correa, her grandson Evan Correa, her grandson Benjamin Correa Wise, her granddaughter Camden Correa Wise and her granddaughter Camille Correa.
Bertha was preceded in death by her husband Hector Correa and her mother Carmen Reyes Morales.
Visitation for Bertha will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Vigil at 6:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Funeral Mass will be 1:30 PM Thursday, August 4, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3729 Hueco Avenue followed by Committal service at 3:00 PM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue.
