Mrs. Dolores Martha Castro moved to her permanent home with Our Lord on Monday, January 11, 2016, where she joins her beloved husband Salvador in continual praise in the very presence of Our Lord. She was a remarkable woman whose first mission field was her family, a lifelong resident of El Paso and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church for over 30 years. She enjoyed singing in the choir, and was an avid mariachi fan, and a lover of music of all kinds. She leaves behind a family joyful for her triumph but with a deep sense of loss at her absence here on earth. Her immediate family includes her sons Saul (and his wife Blanca) and Aaron (and his wife Sara) and her treasured daughter Miriam. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Israel, Lydia, Alex, Adrian, Hector, Joshua and Elliot (little Chavita). Her sister Esperanza (and husband Luis), and many nephews, nieces and cousins and friends will also miss her presence here among us. We love you mom and will see you again, we know you now rejoice in the presence of Our Saviour in the company of your husband, mom, dad, brother and sister. We thank Christ for His sacrifice which allows us to live, even as we leave our temporary bodies behind on this earth. We praise the Lord Our God because through His never-ending Grace for us He is good and He always does good. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2015 with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Central. Rite of Committal will be at 9 a.m. Monday, January 18, 2015 at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Arrangements by Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central.
