It was with overwhelming sadness when I heard that Eddie had passed.  I still cannot understand or believe it.  Eddie was a friend and supplier to me and Handgards for almost 20 years.  He was very proud of his family and an upstanding individual.  I will miss his cheery and lively disposition. I pray for Gods blessings of peace, comfort, strength and love to the family.

Our family cannot express how we feel with the loss of Eddie.  Eddie was such a incredible man.  He was always the life of any gathering that we would attend.  Eddie  was always ready for our families to spend summer vacations together.  He would say “ Let’s Go”.  We are so grateful for all the memories we have of him.  He was such a great coach to my boys as well. He even gave them nicknames that we still call them to this day.  Collin “Princess”, Carson “Cutie” actually Maggie you named Carson, and Curtis  “Skin”.  He will live in our hearts forever.

I have know the Sigala family for many years now and I can honestly say that I have been blessed since they came into my life. First, for loving and caring for my daughter , Elizabeth as if she was part of their family and Eddie for bringing me to the Green Bay family 7 years ago and becoming a dear friend to me. He always gave me advice when I needed it and sometimes it wasn't what I wanted to hear, but he was always right. My fondest memories will be every time I walked in upset and he just knew. He would make me talk about it and tell me "smile, tomorrow will be a better day" and give me a great big hug that would warm my heart instantly. Or when he would make me laugh with his famous saying "Pues que chupen limon"! I thank God for bringing such a special person into my life. I will miss him and never forget him. To Maggie, Ashley, and Eddie Jr., Eddie was a great man and he loved all of you very much!! I know he is with his parents, his mom especially looking down on us all❤🙏

Our hearts are truly saddened by the passing of a great guy, a great leader and I am sure, a great family man (he talked about all of you often). I have known Eddie since we both were sales managers when I joined GBP in 2004. He was always up beat, enthusiastic  most of all, a lot of fun to be around. He came to visit us here in Fremont, Ohio and everyone here who met him, liked him and enjoyed his company. 
I prayed for him every day since I found out he was sick, hoping it would lead to a recovery and now I pray that he is in the arms of the Lord, watching over all of us. I know he will be terribly missed by all of you and all of us who got a chance to know him at Green Bay Packaging.

I will never forget all the crazy advice big Ed gave me and I will always remember how loving and true he was. He always told you what you needed to hear, not always what you wanted to hear and that is a true man. He showed me how to fish and play cornhole and took care of me like a son. Coach Eddie was an amazing coach . He was an outstanding leader. My favorite memory of coach Eddie was every game and every little bowl for football , he would lead us in prayer and hype us up for the game. Never did he miss a prayer before the game. He never let us down and always kept pushing us. Coach Eddie was a great man and a great coach. He will now be watching over his family and I know he will guide his family and guide everyone he has ever loved. God bless the sigala family! 

Big Ed was a good man and a father figure to me he will be missed by everyone. One thing I’ll never forget is him calling me flacko and telling me to get more food every time I would go to his house.

Spending 18 great years with my dad is something I will never forget. My favorite memories are him yelling my name out in the stands when I was playing football, going kayaking and fishing with him, going hunting, hugging him, kissing him and showing him love everyday of my life. I will miss you forever MY GUARDIAN ANGEL ❤️❤️ TILL WE MEET AGAIN POPS ❤️🙏🏽
