

She was born Felicitas Lopez in El Paso, Texas on June 11, 1921.
Felicitas attended Guardian Angel School, and was married to Emilio Carrasco on November 24, 1940--they were married for 49 years.
Felicitas worked as a sales cashier at Newberry’s Department Store in Downtown El Paso for 20 years before retiring and becoming a full time Grandmother. She also was a volunteer at Pebble Creek Nursing Center, where with her sister Lucy and Lola Vega, they prayed the rosary, sang and brought joy to the elderly residents.
She is survived by her children Margarita Pulido, Ricardo Carrasco (Mila Carrasco), Roberto Carrasco, Maria Elena Carrasco, 9 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
Licha was our family treasure and we were blessed to have her for many years. She loved everyone with all of her heart. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is at peace with her parents, siblings, her husband, and daughter Norma Rodriguez, all of whom preceded her in death.
Visitation for Licha will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 4:00pm - 9:00pm with Rosary Service at 6:00pm at Funeraria del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, 79938. Funeral Mass will take place Friday, February 23, 2024 at 9:30am at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, 3021 Frutas Ave, El Paso, 79905 followed by burial at Funeraria del Angel Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 E. Montana Ave., 79938
