Frances Marie always saw the best in people. She delighted in making people see the best in them. She was happiest when she could turn your frown into a smile. Frances was a true animal lover and care for pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and even crabs. Frances moved to El Paso Texas area with her family where she immediately immerse herself in the local culture and found her place at the El Paso Community College. Frances was constantly challenged with medical complications but always seemed to face her problems with courage. Frances will always be remembered as the best of sisters and a loving daughter. She set an example of courage and strength in the face of adversity. All that love her will miss her soothing smile and optimism and her perseverance will be an inspiration for success until we meet again.
