Harvey Wayne Johnson, 68, beloved father, grandfather, mentor and friend passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. Harvey loved art and had a devoted commitment to Military Service members. Survived by his daughters Traci Slopek and her fiancé Martin Cowen, Christi Moore and her husband Brian and son Barry Johnson, grandchildren Brett, Blake, Hayden and Jacob, his caregivers Connie Sanchez, Joe Lopez and Elodia “Mayella” Martinez. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 7th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home Central, 3839 Montana Avenue. Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 8th at 12:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home Central followed by interment at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery with military honors at 2:00 pm.
