Hortencia "Tencha" Jurado passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014. Beloved mother, wife and grandmother at the age of 96. She was born February 3, 1918. Tencha is preceded in death by Alfonso Jurado Sr., and Enrique Jaramillo. She lived her life with grace and loved by her children Irene Hernandez, Yolanda Mendoza, Irma Molinar, Yvonne Rodarte, Alfonso Jurado Jr., Jesus Eduardo Jurado and Jose Manuel Jurado. She was a grandmother to 24 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Martin Funeral Home Central with a 7:00pm vigil. Funeral Mass will be held 12:15 pm Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
