Irma Ybarra Rojas

Our beloved Irma Ybarra Rojas, 55, departed us on December 15, 2020. She lost her battle with this global plague that has deprived so many of us of our loved ones. From the hospital bed with failing lungs, she expressed her love for all to whom she warmed in friendship with her contagious smile despite the illnesses she suffered. Irma graduated from Austin High School and received her Associate of Arts degree from El Paso Community College. She is survived by her mother Maria M. (Nena) Ybarra Rojas, sisters Bertha and Martha and brother Daniel Rojas, uncles Robert (Lucy) and Raymond Ybarra and aunts Esther (Joe) Hernandez and Martha (James) Sheets. Irma was preceded in death by her father, Adolfo H. Rojas.
