

Jaelene Leavitt, 28, entered Eternal Life on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Born on December 9, 1997, in El Paso, Texas, Jaelene was a beloved and cherished presence whose life reflected courage, purpose, and an adventurous spirit that inspired those who knew her. She will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection.
Jaelene served as a Staff Sergeant in the Army, a role that spoke to her bravery and steadfast commitment. In uniform, she carried herself with quiet strength and dedication, leaving an example of service that will not be forgotten by family, friends, and all who had the privilege to stand beside her.
Jaelene was united in marriage to Zachary C. Leavitt, and their bond remains a lasting part of her story. Together, they became parents by welcoming Gianni Don Legand Leavitt. Her memory will be cherished by her mother, Josefina Guillen, stepfather, Ronnie Rodriguez, and sister, Itzell J. Guillen. Jaelene is also survived by niece Magaby Lopez and nephew, Llonatan Lopez. She will be remembered by siblings, Crystal Garcia, Zachary Moreno, Desiree Moreno, Angelina Moreno, Issac Moreno and Amanda Moreno. Though her years were far too few, the impact of her life will continue to be felt in the hearts of those who loved her most.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 5pm to 9pm with a Vigil Service at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12pm on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 14600 Horizon Blvd, Horizon City, TX 79928. Rite of Committal will follow at take place at Evergreen Cemetery East
Jaelene will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and honored always.
