Born on February 28, 1957, and passing on November 28, 2025, Joe David Johnson was a man who lived by a code of loyalty, hard work, and a rugged, straightforward honesty. A Navy veteran and a toughas-nails general contractor for 37 years, Joe took pride in doing things the right way and never shied away from hard work.
He was married to his late wife, Jackie Johnson, who passed before him, and later shared his life with his beloved girlfriend, Debra Foster. He was a devoted father to Brandi Johnson and Jessica Placker, a caring stepdad to David Deanda, and a proud grandfather to Xyrus, Zayden, Aria, Sir, Haley, and Jackie.
Joe was the kind of man who said what he meant and meant what he said. He was rough around the edges in the best possible way, and everyone who knew him respected his no-nonsense approach to life.
