I had the pleasure of meeting Joe in 1999, we worked together at Elcom and then at Dishnetwork. One thing that I quickly learned was that Joe would not sugar coat anything, if there was a problem, he would tell you what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.  If you were doing something wrong, he would tell you it did not matter who you were, he would call it as he saw it. All of his direct reports respected him, because they knew Joe always had their best interest in mind, they knew that Joe was fair and dependable. To this day, I frequently  use Joe as an example of what a good leader is. He was one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On the personal side, Joe was fun to be around, he always had a positive attitude and I loved hearing about his dogs. I am going to miss my friend Joe but I know will see him again someday.  

Joe was like a brother to me, he was one heck of a Boss. “The Best” always put his employees first and fought for us.  He had a tender heart great sense of humor and smile from ear to ear.  He was truly a Beautiful person and will be missed.  Thank you Joe for letting me be a part of your family.  R.I.P. brother until we meet again. 🙏😢❤️
