Maria G. Marquez (Dona Maria), known to many as "La Senora de la Panaderia", passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Friday, October 19, 2012. She was born in Durango, Mexico on January 10, 1926. She was preceded in death by her husband, Angel Marquez and son, Rodolfo Ocon. Survivors include her children, Juan Marquez, Rogelia Aguirre, Ponciano Ocon and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was a longtime business owner of the Bowie Bakery. The Marquez family would like to thank Choice Home Healthcare and also her loving caretakers. Vistation will be Monday, October 22, 2012 at Martin Funeral Home Central from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., 3839 Montana Ave. with the Vigil at 7:00 P.m. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Interment at Evergreen East Cemetery. Services entrusted to Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central
