I worked with Susie for many years.  My work frequently required referring to archived material, maps and reports.   When requested Susie would respond immediately and thoroughly, furnishing archived materials in a very timely manner. She made my work so much easier. And I appreciated her so much.  I’m sure she will be sorely missed by all at DPW-E.  Vaya con Dios, Susie

The Good Lord Jesus welcomed one of his children into His Heavenly Kingdom. 

Susie was a kind, dedicated person who was always taking outstanding care of her horses. A very diligent worker who leaves a legacy of quiet strength, integrity and trust based horsemanship rarely seen in this city . 

God bless the Payne family greatly with peace that passes all understanding and strength for this time and the days ahead.

It is in great regards I am sharing these few lines in deep sorrow knowing of her sudden loss.  I'll remember Susie as a warm caring friend and co-worker. We used to be next door work office neighbors and every work day for years we shared a great cheer and kindness... Throughout several years of working next door,  friendly cheerful moments carried on to font work memories, and life experience conversations.. Appeared to always take part of our a happy and peaceful comradery.. All of these lively good memories will remain within me... I am sending my honest heartfelt condolences, prayers and sympathy to her beloved survived family.  As well a simple thankful and peaceful greeting to Susie in heaven.
