

Miguel was born to Moises & Delia Ulloa on January 21, 1962.
“Mike” as he was warmly known to All, graduated from Jefferson High School Class of 1981. As a Silver Fox he participated in sports year-round but was most passionate about football, baseball and being part of the Dive Team. He excelled in academics as well.
Mike is survived by his beloved children Son Van Miguel Ulloa, Daughter Valerie (Eric) Guzman, Son Miguel “Mikey” Angel Lujan and stepson Adrian Torres. As well as Ex-wife Olivia Ulloa.
Mike truly knew how to show his children how to be Loved but also to share the Love he taught them. His greatest Love, Joy and Happiness were his 3 Grandchildren. Celina Olivia Martinez, Mia Jane Martinez, and Dominic Kristopher Guzman. His home and wallet were always filled with pictures of them three. He proudly displayed them for everyone to see.
In Life Mike truly knew how to live life to the fullest. He was a beloved brother to his sisters Ofelia (Alfonso) Mendoza, Martha (Ruben) Acuna, and Laura (Lorenzo) Ulloa-Diaz. Brothers Arturo Ulloa and Rene (Darlene) Ulloa. Many nieces, nephews, extended family and endless amounts of friends.
Preceded him in death, his parents Moises & Delia Ulloa, brothers Marcial Ulloa & Luis Ulloa.
We will all remember him fondly for being Passionate about his Dallas Cowboys, LA Lakers, Rock’ N Roll music, and always carrying a cold beer with his Smile to lighten up the room! His passion for music is likely at the top of most people list alongside with his unique dance moves. He was an avid concert go-er. Always wishing he was up on the stage. Throughout most of his early to mid-adult life he Fearlessly rode Motorcycles, exploring the country on road trips. He'll Best be remembered for Fiercely Loving his kids in his own special way.
Those who knew him will remember his catch phrases he was famously known for:
“By all means necessary” and “Deja me Vivir” We'll hear in dad’s distinct voice.
Dad no words could ever measure How Greatly You are missed but Never forgotten. Our Love for you is beyond words, we are Grateful for All the good memories we had together and will hold them closely in our hearts. WE LOVE YOU DAD!
A visitation for Miguel will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East,12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938. A funeral mass will occur on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Santo Nino de Atocha Catholic Church, 210 S Clark Dr., El Paso, TX, 79905. A graveside service will be held after mass at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 E Montana Ave., El Paso, TX, 79938.
