Neil, I was saddened to hear of your passing. You were a brilliant detective and had a passion to help other officers. My deepest condolences to the entire Baker family. Thank you for your Honorable public service. Rest In Peace for Eternity my friend. 

My sincerest condolences to the Baker, Ellis, and Mayberry families.  Neil was a good friend with whom I had the pleasure of working with at the Sheriff's Office for many years.   He never hesitated in helping  other officers with their cases.  He was a  good cop, strict at times but with a kind heart.  I will miss my friend Neil.
May GOD bless his soul  and grant him eternal rest and may GOD  bless the Baker, Ellis, and Mayberry families in this time of sorrow.

My condolences to your family and loved ones. Neil did many good deeds while at the Sheriff's Department and I am a better person for having known him.  I was very fortunate to have been his duty partner or shift partner. May All Mighty God judge him for all the good that he did on this earth.

A friend, neighbor and most important a brother. Saw you everyday walking your daily miles down the street and as always each time I passed by we made sure to say hello and share a simple conversation.
