Rey Estrada was born and raised in Fabens, Texas. Survived by his wife Martha Dominguez Estrada, Mother Esther Estrada, one brother Pete Estrada, Two sisters Anna Ruiz and Bertha Gutierrez, Two sons, one daughter, Rey Estrada II, Tony Estrada, and Laura Arrellano, eight grandchildren and one great son. Rey retired from the El Paso Police Dept. in 1979 after 20yrs of service. Then open Rey Estrada Insurance in 1982 where he became an Independ Insurance Agent. Was a 32nd Degree Mason became involved as a volunteer for the Shriners of the Children’s burn unit. He served our community in the Democratic Political Party. Visitation will be held 5pm until 9pm Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central with a 7:30 pm vigil. Funeral Mass will be held 9:45 am, Thursday January 13, 2011 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Cremation will be held after Funeral Mass.
