He was predeceased by his parents, Francisco and Victoria Marrufo, and siblings Ernesto Marrufo, Enrique Marrufo, Angela Marrufo, and Esther Rendon. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Marrufo, his son, Ricardo David Marrufo, his son, Daniel Marrufo, and daughter-in-law, Sarah. He is also survived by his brothers, Francisco Marrufo and Robert Marrufo, and his sister, Frances Serrano.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Central, located at 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas, on January 14, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will take place at the same venue on January 14, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Raphael Catholic Church, located at 2301 Zanzibar Road, El Paso, Texas, on January 15, 2026, at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, located at 401 South Zaragoza Road, El Paso, Texas, on January 15, 2026, at 11:30 am.
Ricardo Marrufo's final resting place will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 South Zaragoza Road, El Paso, Texas.
