Wistano "Willie" Garcia

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend who will greatly be missed. Willie was a lifetime resident of El Paso, TX and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents Wistano and Cecilia Garcia, and brother, Joe Garcia.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years,Carolina Garcia, children, Roberta Rodriguez and Brenda Garcia, grandchildren, Michael and Bobbie Serrano, great-grandchildren, Aryanni, Jayden and Ashten Serrano and Alice Benavidez, siblings Oscar, Humberto and Ofelia Garcia and Molly Martinez, and sister-in-law, Becky Ramirez.

A memorial service for Wistano will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a Scripture Service at 11:30 AM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Interment will be held at a later date in Fort Bliss National Cemetery with military honors.
